Les Ladies Shop Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with it, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund or an exchange if and only if the items bought are returned under the guidelines of our return policy. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.

     RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST: 

If you would like to exchange or return your product, please refer to our RMA Request on our web page. Do not mail us your purchase back unless we authorize you to do so.

RETURNS

      We will gladly accept the returns of any of our products not received in a good condition or due to Fulfillment mistakes that resulted in the shipment of incorrect products to you. 

      For any damaged products caused by us or any mistakes made on fulfilling your order, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or an exchange. 

     Please Note:

  1. All Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  2. Return Shipping Costs  for Exchanges or for any other reasons caused by the customer is at the Purchaser’s Expense.
  3. SALE ITEMS can be returned but are only eligible for STORE CREDIT. Sale items must be returned new and unused.
  4. Returned Packages WITHOUT a Shipping Tracking# & a RMA# will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  5. Returned Packages for Exchanges WITH a RMA & a Tracking#, $5 re-shipping fee will be applied to your account for the Reshipped Item.

ITEMS NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange are:

  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Items that are not in their original factory packaging and that do not include everything that was originally received with the items.
  • Any item that is physically damaged or abused. Your return will not be accepted and return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Any USED items. They will BE REFUSED. No Exceptions!

  • Returned packages "WITHOUT" an RMA#

  • Returned Packages WITHOUT a Shipping Tracking Number.

    REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, please allow up to 2 weeks from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been sent.
