What is the fastest and easiest way to place an order?

The easiest and fastest way to place an order is on our website 24/7. 

Why is my card not going through?

When using a credit card, enter your name in the order entry form exactly as it appears on your credit card and enter your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. 

It is important that you enter your information correctly, so we can validate your credit card information and process your order.

Why the product says "Back Order"?

When a product is in "back order" status, it simply means that the product is temporarily out of stock. Although the product may not currently be available, it may still be ordered.  If you decide to purchase the out-of-stock product, you will be put on a waiting list so that once it becomes available, we will ship it to you ASAP. Please allow us up to 3 weeks for your delivery after purchase.

Can I make any changes on my order, cancel it or request an exchange?

                                                                                                                       All Order Changes, Cancellations and exchanges are subject for approval. 

To avoid any mistakes when placing your order on our website, please make sure that all your information is accurate.  

You may log into your account to submit a request or contact us via email or our contact page and we will respond as soon as possible. 

      Order Changes: Once an order is complete, it can sometimes be impossible to make any changes on it. If you need to make a change in your order, contact us  immediately.

      Cancellations: If your order has not been shipped or processed, it may be cancelled within the first 2hours. 

       If you need to cancel your order, contact us  immediately 

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges on used products or sale items. If you want to request an exchange, the product must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

If you would like to exchange your product, contact us first so that we may guide you through the steps. 

Please do not mail us your purchase back unless we authorize you to do so. For more information on exchanging an item, please refer to our “Return Policy” found on our website.

What type of payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), and PayPal.

Do you ship worldwide?

Les Ladies Shop ships mainly to the US and Canada and is working on worldwide shipping. We will update our website once we can do so. Please check back with us on any updates regarding this matter.

Which Shipping Carrier do you use?

At this time we only ship via, USPS, Canada Post and FedEx. 

Will my order be shipped the same day I placed it?

Normally, it takes us 1 business days to process your order and we ship the following business day of you placing the order provided the product ordered is in stock. 

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping time can range from 2-5 business days to the US & Canada.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, even if you’ve specified in your order “combined shipping” or unless you inform us otherwise.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number usually within 24 hours of you placing the order. If you haven't received the email within 3 days make sure you check your spam folder.

What about customs?

Les Ladies Shop is “NOT” responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
